veggie tortilla pizza

Makes 4 servings

healthy vegetarian

Ingredients
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
2 cloves of garlic
1 onion
5 mushrooms
2 tortilla wraps
2 slice of cheese
1/4 cup tomato sauce
Directions
  1. chop onion, garlic, and peppers

  2. slice mushrooms

  3. in a pan, heat it well

  4. season it with salt and pepper

  5. on the tortilla wrap, layer tomato sauce

  6. add the cooked veggie

  7. put the cheese on the top

  8. bake it in the 350 oven until the tortilla is slightly browned and cheese melt
