Hearty, healthy quick bread

Ingredients
| 1 1/2 |
cups whole wheat flour |
| 1 1/2 |
tsp baking powder |
| 1/2 |
tsp baking soda |
| 1 1/2 |
tsp cinnamon |
| 1 |
cup oatmeal |
| 3/4 |
c sugar, brown |
| 3/4 |
cup raisins |
| 1 1/2 |
cup unsweetened applesauce |
| 2 |
eggs, beaten |
| 1/4 |
cup milk |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350, grease and flour a loaf pan
- Soak raisins in warm water
- Mix dry ingredients together
- Add wet ingredients, stir until just combined.
- Mix in raisins.
- Put into pan, bake 55-60 minutes.
- Remove from pan immediately and cool on a wire rack
