Great soup made with butternut squash. Serving size = 1 cup

Ingredients
4 cups water
8 cups butternut squash
2 cups chopped onion
Directions
  1. cube butternut squash

  2. cook or microwave squash and onion until soft

  3. blend in blender

  4. add water

  5. serve and enjoy
