| 1 1/4 | cup water (boiling) |
| 1 | cup quick oats |
| 1/2 | cup margarine or butter |
| 1 | cup sugar |
| 2 | eggs |
| 1/4 | cup frozen orange juice concentrate |
| 1 | tsp. vanilla |
| 1 3/4 | cup flour |
| 1 | tsp baking powder |
| 1 | tsp baking soda |
| 1 | tsp cinnamon |
- Cream butter and sugar - add eggs, juice andvanilla. Mix dry ingredients together and add oats and orange juice mixture. Pour into greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Bake 325 - 350 for 40 minutes.
- Topping:
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup marg or butter,
- 2 Tbsp orang juice - mix in saucepan and bring to boil for 1 minute. Add optional 1 cup coconut and 1/2 cup walnuts. spread over cake and broil until browned.
