| 575 | g cauliflower |
| 10 | g chili, chopped |
| 50 | g butter |
| 2 | garlic cloves, crushed |
| 10 | sun-dried tomatoes, sliced |
| 2 | tbsps plain flour |
| 600 | ml milk, fat free |
| 300 | ml plain yogurt |
| 175 | g cheddar cheese, grated |
| 2 | tbsp bread crumbs |
| 1 | tbsp parmesan cheese, grated |
| 2 | tbsps olive oil |
| 1 | salt and pepper |
- Steam cauliflower florets.
- Make white sauce with garlic, chilli, tomatoes, fried in butter for 2 mins. Stir in flour to smooth paste.
- Add milk. Add yogurt. Gently heat up to simmer. Simmer 2 mins.
- Add cheese.
- Pour suace over caluiflower.
- Mix together topping (bread crumbs, parmesan cheese and bread crumbs). Grill until brown.
