Pot roast with carrots and potatoes
| 4 1/2 | lbs Beef, Loin, Bottom Sirloin Butt, Tri-tip Roast |
| 1 | large onion |
| 8 | medium potatoes |
| 8 | medium carrots |
| 1/2 | tsp salt |
| 1/2 | tsp pepper |
| 2 | tbsp soy sauce |
| 2 | tbsp oregano |
- pre heat oven to 350 degrees
- place roast in roasting pan
- slice onion and plance on top of roast
- sprinkle, salt, pepper and oregano on meat
- pour soy sauce on met
- fill paan until it covers roast
- bake for 3 hours
- add potatoes and carrots
- cook for 1 more hour
