Sean's salsa

Makes 20 servings

thick, sweet and spicy as you want it salsa

Ingredients
3 banana peppers, hot
3 onions
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 cup vinegar
2 tsp salt
3 bell peppers
12 tomatoes, chopped
1 tbsp chili powder
4 tbsp sugar
1 1/4 cups tomato paste
Directions
  1. Chop all veggies and mix with spices and vinegar.

  2. Cook on medium heat until veggies are tender.

  3. Add tomato paste and bring to boil.

  4. Cover pot, remove from heat, cool and eat.
