Beef Casserole Recipe

Beef Casserole

Ingredients
165 g onions
1 leeks
1 tbsp flour
1 tbsp vegetable oil
200 g beef
428 g potatoes
1 tbsp tomato paste
100 ml white wine
116 g mushrooms
2 garlic cloves
190 g courgettes
40 g celery
116 g carrots
Directions
  1. Chop and fry onions

  2. toss beef in flour and seasoning and fry till just brown

  3. chop remaining vegetables into large chunks

  4. mix tomato paste with 1pt hot water

  5. Add ingredients to casserole

  6. add more water to cover

  7. back for 5 hours at 60 C
