| 1 | tbsp vegetable oil |
| 200 | g beef |
| 428 | g potatoes |
| 1 | tbsp tomato paste |
| 100 | ml white wine |
| 116 | g mushrooms |
| 2 | garlic cloves |
| 190 | g courgettes |
| 40 | g celery |
| 116 | g carrots |
- Chop and fry onions
- toss beef in flour and seasoning and fry till just brown
- chop remaining vegetables into large chunks
- mix tomato paste with 1pt hot water
- Add ingredients to casserole
- add more water to cover
- back for 5 hours at 60 C
