Jj's Cooked Breakfast Recipe

Basic breakfast

Ingredients
1 tomatoe, grilled
2 large eggs, poached
2 bacon, grilled
1 cup mushrooms, fried
1 link pork sausage, grilled
Directions
  1. Grill (in this order) sausage, tomatoe and bacon

  2. Spritz the mushrooms with lite oil and fry slowly

  3. Bring a frying pan with 2" water to simmering point, add eggs, return to simmer & cook for 1 minute

  4. After 1 minute remove eggs from heat and leave for a further 4-5 minutes
