Basic breakfast
| 1 | tomatoe, grilled |
| 2 | large eggs, poached |
| 2 | bacon, grilled |
| 1 | cup mushrooms, fried |
| 1 | link pork sausage, grilled |
- Grill (in this order) sausage, tomatoe and bacon
- Spritz the mushrooms with lite oil and fry slowly
- Bring a frying pan with 2" water to simmering point, add eggs, return to simmer & cook for 1 minute
- After 1 minute remove eggs from heat and leave for a further 4-5 minutes
