c. flour |

c. splenda granular |

t. baking soda |
| 1/2 |
t. baking powder |
| 1/4 |
c. egg beaters |

t. cinnamon |
| 1 |
t. vanilla |

t. ground nutmeg |

Directions
- Mix oats, milk, and half & half.
- Then add flour, splenda, baking soda, and baking powder. Mix. T
- hen add remaining ingrediants.
- Let sit for 5 minutes. Then make pancakes.
- Each serving is three 3" pancakes. (Use #24 scoop)
