| 2 | large carrots |
| 2 | medium potatoes |
| 2 | cups white rice |
| 5 | cups water |
| 1/4 | teaspoon black pepper |
| 1 | teaspoon dried onion |
- start before sabbath enters
- fry 2 shreded carrots,
- add meat
- add the rest of the ingrediants exept for eggs
- boil
- put in the oven on 200 farenhiet or on the heating plate
- add hard boiled eggs
- come back in the morning after
