Beef & Vegetable Stew

Makes 6 servings

Beef slow cooked with a medley of vegetables.

Ingredients
1 pound beef, chopped
12 ounce organic diced tomatos
2 potatoes, diced
2 cups organic carrots
1 cup organic frozen corn
1 cup organic frozen peas
12 oz beef stock
Directions
  1. In a large crockpot, layer the ingredients in this order: potatoes, beef, tomatoes, carrots, peas, corn, and beef stock.

  2. Cook on low for 8-10 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
