tsp onion |
| 1/2 |
oz cheddar cheese, low fat |

tsp tomato, diced |
| 1 |
tbsp lettuce, shredded |
| 1 |
tsp sour cream |
| 1 |
corn tortilla |
| 1/2 |
tsp vegetable oil |
Directions
- Brown the ground turkey in a pan sprayed with pan.
- Add onions and seasoning (such as cumin and chili powder and salt to taste)
- Heat oil in small frying pan. Add corn tortilla, turning several times, until hot (but not crisp).
