Taco, with ground turkey

Makes 1 serving

traditional homemade tacos made with turkey instead of beef.

Ingredients
2 oz ground turkey, cooked
1 tsp onion
1/2 oz cheddar cheese, low fat
1 tsp tomato, diced
1 tbsp lettuce, shredded
1 tsp sour cream
1 corn tortilla
1/2 tsp vegetable oil
Directions
  1. Brown the ground turkey in a pan sprayed with pan.

  2. Add onions and seasoning (such as cumin and chili powder and salt to taste)

  3. Heat oil in small frying pan. Add corn tortilla, turning several times, until hot (but not crisp).
