Kasha Recipe

Buckwheat

Ingredients
1 cup dry buckwheat groats (kasha)
2 cups of water
1/2 cup portabella mushrooms
1 tablespoon of butter
1 egg
1 onion, chopped
1 salt, pepper
Directions
Sautee onion in butter, add mushrooms, sautee until cooked. Lightly beat one egg, add kasha, stir to coat. Add to pain, cook until kernels separate. Add water. Cover, simmer 7-10 minutes until done.
