| 1 | cup dry buckwheat groats (kasha) |
| 2 | cups of water |
| 1/2 | cup portabella mushrooms |
| 1 | tablespoon of butter |
| 1 | egg |
| 1 | onion, chopped |
| 1 | salt, pepper |
Sautee onion in butter, add mushrooms, sautee until cooked. Lightly beat one egg, add kasha, stir to coat. Add to pain, cook until kernels separate. Add water. Cover, simmer 7-10 minutes until done.Categories
