Homemade Salsa Recipe

Pico De Gallo style salsa

Ingredients
411 g Hunt's Petite Diced Tomatoes
411 g Hunt's Diced Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic, and Oregano
38 g Juice of one Lime
1 large Onion
3 cloves Garlic
3 Jalapeno Peppers
1 Poblano Pepper
1 oz Fresh Oregano
2 oz Fresh Cilantro
1 Salt
1 Pepper
Directions
  1. Drain Cans and add to a large non Reactive mixing bowl.

  2. Finely Chop Onion, Garlic, Peppers, Oregano, and Cilantro and add to mixing bowl.

  3. Add the Juice and Zest of one small lime. Add salt and pepper to taste

  4. Allow to marinate several hours before serving.
