| 1 | cup sugar |
| 3 | tbsp sugar |
| 3 | tbsp butter, melted |
| 40 | ounce cream cheese |
| 3 | tbsp flour |
| 1 | tbsp vanilla |
| 1 | cup sour cream |
| 1 | cup vanilla wafers, crushed |
| 4 | eggs |
| 1/3 | cup jam |
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Mix crushed wafers, 3 tbsp sugar and butter, press into bottom of spring-form pan. Bake 10 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, the flour and vanilla in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add sour cream; mix well. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition just until blended. Pour over crust.
- Bake 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool Completely before removing from pan. Refrigerate at least 4 hours over night ((1 or 2 days makes it even better)) Cut into 16 peices- serve.
- Option- top with favorite jam, or cut 1/3 cup into mixed batter several times before baking for a marble effect
