Adapted from John Berardi's Gourmet Nutrition for my food allergies and personal logging convenience.
| 1 | lb ground turkey breast |
| 2 | oz mushrooms, finely chopped |
| 1/2 | onion, finely chopped |
| 1/2 | apple, finely chopped |
| 1 | tsp lemon juice |
| 1 | omega-3 egg |
| 1/2 | tsp salt |
| 1/4 | tsp granulated garlic |
| 1 | pepper to taste |
- Heat skillet with nonstick spray over medium-high. Add onions and fry until brown (5-10 mins). Add apples and mushrooms and saute for 5 more mins.
- Place all ingredients in bowl and mix thoroughly. Form six patties and broil 4 inches from heat, 6 minutes each side, or until juices run clear when pierced.
