Cooked Mushrooms in Red Sauce Recipe

Makes 2 1/2 servings


mushrooms in wine and tomato paste

Ingredients
1/2 cup white wine
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp garlic - crushed
2 cups mushrooms
1/2 teaspoon chili pepper
Directions
  1. towel dry the mushrooms

  2. cook all inrediant togather

  3. add mushrooms, add water to coat

  4. cook until sauce becomes less watery

  5. enjoy!!!
