mushrooms in wine and tomato paste
| 1/2 | cup white wine |
| 1/4 | cup white vinegar |
| 1/2 | teaspoon paprika |
| 1/4 | teaspoon salt |
| 2 | tbsp tomato paste |
| 1 | tbsp garlic - crushed |
| 2 | cups mushrooms |
| 1/2 | teaspoon chili pepper |
- towel dry the mushrooms
- cook all inrediant togather
- add mushrooms, add water to coat
- cook until sauce becomes less watery
- enjoy!!!
