| 2 | cups chopped chicken |
| 1 | cup mayo |
| 1/2 | cup almonds |
| 1 | granny smith apple |
| 8 | oz crushed pineapple |
| 1/4 | cup diced onion |
| 1 | cup green pepper |
- cook and cut chicken
- diced apple
- drain pineapple
- mix all ingredients well
- servie in pita pockets
