Ingredients
1 lb canned salmon
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp grated onion
1 egg
1 cup crackers
1 tsp olive oil
Directions
  1. Slightly beat eggs and mix all ingredients together. Make 5 patties. Cook on medium heat, turning once until brown on each side
