| 2 | cups lowfat milk (1082) |
| 16 | g (16 packets) Equal® sweetener (83289), or 2/3 cup Equal® Spoonful |
| 4 | tbsp margarine (100526), melted, or butter |
| 1 | egg |
| 2 | egg whites |
| 1 | tsp cinnamon |
| 1/4 | tsp salt |
| 140 | g (4 cups) whole wheat bread, day-old, in 3/4-inch cubes |
| 1/2 | cup raisins |
- Cut about 5 slices of bread into cubes and dry.
- Combine milk, Equal®, melted butter, egg and egg whites, cinnamon and salt in large bowl. Stir in bread cubes.
- Spoon mixture into ungreased 1-1/2 quart rectangular casserole. Bake in preheated 350 degree F oven 30 to 35 minutes or until pudding is set and sharp knife inserted near center comes out clean.
