Jill's Tuna Melt On Milton's Healthy Multi Grain Bread Recipe

Made on bread vs. bagel
| 2 | slices bread |
| 3 | ounces tuna |
| 84 | grams (3 slices) Colby cheese |
| 1/3 | cup carrots, grated and then diced finely |
| 1/3 | cup broccoli stem, grated and then diced finely |
| 1/3 | cup scallions, diced finely |
| 1/3 | cup celery, diced finely |
| 1 | teaspoon mayonnaise |
- Dice Veggies
- Mix tuna in veggies
- Add mayo
- Place on bread
- Toaster oven @ 300 for 5 minutes
- Cut one slice of cheese in half, place 1 1/2 slices cheese over each slice
- Toaster oven @ 300 for 10 minutes
- May need to hit broil for a couple minutes
