Jill's Tuna Melt On Milton's Healthy Multi Grain Bread Recipe

Made on bread vs. bagel

Ingredients
2 slices bread
3 ounces tuna
84 grams (3 slices) Colby cheese
1/3 cup carrots, grated and then diced finely
1/3 cup broccoli stem, grated and then diced finely
1/3 cup scallions, diced finely
1/3 cup celery, diced finely
1 teaspoon mayonnaise
Directions
  1. Dice Veggies

  2. Mix tuna in veggies

  3. Add mayo

  4. Place on bread

  5. Toaster oven @ 300 for 5 minutes

  6. Cut one slice of cheese in half, place 1 1/2 slices cheese over each slice

  7. Toaster oven @ 300 for 10 minutes

  8. May need to hit broil for a couple minutes
