Coffee Cake Recipe

Breakfast Cake - add any type of topping

Ingredients
1/4 cup Butter
1/3 cup White Sugar
1 Egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
2/3 cup Milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  2. In large bowl, cream together butter and sugar. Add Egg and vanilla. In separate bowl, combine flour, salt and baking powder. Alternate adding the flour mixture and the milk to the creamed mixture. Once blended, spread evenly in 9x9 pan and bake for 25 minutes.
