Tu B'Shevat Meatloaf Recipe

Still in development stage. Simple sweet and fiber rich meatloaf

Ingredients
500 g lean ground meat
1/4 cup oats
2 tbs Chinese Five-Spice
1 medium Onion, diced finely
8 Dates, butterflied with pit removed
Directions
  1. Mix together meat, oats, spices and onion.

  2. Press into bread loaf tin and arrange dates along the top.

  3. Bake in moderate oven 350 F for ~1 hour, or until meat is done to your liking.
