| 500 | g lean ground meat |
| 1/4 | cup oats |
| 2 | tbs Chinese Five-Spice |
| 1 | medium Onion, diced finely |
| 8 | Dates, butterflied with pit removed |
- Mix together meat, oats, spices and onion.
- Press into bread loaf tin and arrange dates along the top.
- Bake in moderate oven 350 F for ~1 hour, or until meat is done to your liking.
