Yum
| 3 1/2 | lb. pork butt roast, boneless |
| 2 | tbsp hoisin sauce |
| 6 | tbsp ketchup |
| 4 | tbsp sugar |
| 2 | tbsp soy sauce |
| 2 | cloves minced garlic |
- Cut pork butt into 4 x 2 x 1 inch strips, trimming fat. Mix rest of ingredients. Add pork and marinate for four hours or overnight in refrigerator.
- Line cookie sheet with foil and place pork on a roasting rack. Roast 45 minutes in 375* oven, turning once.
- Barbequed pork can be frozen. Great for fried rice, noodle dishes, stir-fry, or egg rolls. On a bun ain?t bad, either!
