Yum

Ingredients
3 1/2 lb. pork butt roast, boneless
2 tbsp hoisin sauce
6 tbsp ketchup
4 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 cloves minced garlic
Directions
  1. Cut pork butt into 4 x 2 x 1 inch strips, trimming fat. Mix rest of ingredients. Add pork and marinate for four hours or overnight in refrigerator.

  2. Line cookie sheet with foil and place pork on a roasting rack. Roast 45 minutes in 375* oven, turning once.

  3. Barbequed pork can be frozen. Great for fried rice, noodle dishes, stir-fry, or egg rolls. On a bun ain?t bad, either!
