Creamy Lemon Garlic Shrimp Recipe

shimp and mushrooms in a creamy lemon garlic sauce over linguine

Ingredients
8 oz linguine, cooked
1 lb shrimp
2 T Olive Oil
1 T butter
2 T garlic
1/2 cup milk
8 oz mushrooms, canned
1 t lemon juice
1 t flour
2 t water
2 cups spinach
1/2 t lemon pepper seasoning
4 T parmesan cheese
Directions
  1. Cook Linguine

  2. Saute garlic, mushrooms in olive oil. Add shrimp and cook 3-4 minutes. Drian liquid

  3. add butter, lemon juice, milk. Thicken mixture with flour and wather, and 1/2 of parmasean cheese.

  4. When thick ladle shrimp mixture over cooked linguini and sprinkle with parmesan cheese
