Makes 18 servings

fruit based low sugar

Ingredients
2 bananas
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 tsp salt
3 tsp baking powder
1 egg
3/4 cup skim milk
1/2 cup applesauce
1 cup oatmeal
1 c blueberries
Directions
  1. mash bananas

  2. add sugar, egg, milk, & applesauce

  3. mix dry ingredients

  4. stir together

  5. fold in berries

  6. Bake 350 degrees for 20 - 30 minutes
