| 1 | cup cabbage |
| 1 | cup celery |
| 1 | cup pasta |
| 2 | tbsp sugar |
| 1/4 | green pepper |
| 1 | stalk celery |
| 100 | g ground beef |
| 1 | cup tomato paste |
| 1 | cup diced tomato |
| 1 | clove garlic |
- Cook pasta according to package directions until just tender; drain well.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, saute beef with onion, cabbage, and celery, breaking up with a spoon.
- Cook, stirring, until almost cooked through. Add garlic and salt and cook for 2 to 3 minutes longer.
- Stir in the tomatoes, tomato sauce, granulated sugar, and the cooked drained pasta.
