these make great lunches, dinners or snacks during the game you cut them into 1 inch little pinwheels! I use the 8 shell pack or tortilla shells, so that is what the recipe is measured out to. Make sure everything is slice thin so it rolls easily, especially the cheese and tomatoes!!

Ingredients
| 1 |
pound turkey, sliced thin |
| 5 |
ounces cheese, swiss, sliced thin |
| 8 |
tablespoons cream cheese, low fat |
| 3 |
leaves romaine lettuce |
| 1 |
tomato, plum, sliced thin |
| 3 |
tablespoons cranberry sauce |
| 6 |
tortillas,whole wheat |
Directions
- warm the tortillas in the microwave for about 10 seconds
- lay them out and spread a thin layer of cream cheese, about 1 tablespoon per shell
- starting at the bottom, and moving each layer slightly upward working towards the center, start layering your ingrediants
- first swiss cheese
- then tomato
- then lettuce
- then turkey
- then a strip of cranberry sauce, which should land in the middle of the wrap
- starting at the botom, slowly roll the wrap tightly until smooth over end (this should be held with the cream cheese)
- put in the fridge about 10 minutes so the cream cheese hardens to hold it together
- slice into 1 inch sections, or eat whole by folding the ends in slightly when you roll it
