Delicious whole wheat banana nut muffins. This can be made in loaf form.

Ingredients

cups banana |
| 2 |
cups whole wheat flour |
| 1/2 |
cup butter |
| 2/3 |
cup honey |
| 1 |
tsp baking powder |
| 2 |
tsp baking soda |
| 1 |
tsp salt |
| 1 |
cup raisins |
| 1/2 |
cup walnuts |
| 1 |
cup milk |
| 3 |
eggs |
Directions
- preheat oven to 350 degrees. mix the honey and butter until fluffy. add in the milk, eggs and banana.
- sift the flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder and add in gradually. once added, mix in the raisins and walnuts which are optional.
- bake until done. mine took about 35 minutes, but you know how oven temperatures vary!
- DELICIOUS!
