Ingredients
8 egg whites
1 cup quaker oats
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/2 scoop whey protein powder
1 cup blueberries
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup chopped pecans
Directions
Blend all ingredients and bake at 350 degrees
