Oven baked apple flapjack

Makes 4 servings

Fun for the kids to make ...so easy.

Ingredients
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 cup chopped apple
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Melt butter in bottom of 9 inch pie pan.

  3. Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon over butter.

  4. Put finely chopped apple over butter mixture.

  5. Beat eggs lightly.

  6. Add flour and milk and mix until just blended.

  7. Pour over apples.

  8. Bake 30-35 minutes.

  9. Loosen if necessary with a knife and invert immediately onto a serving platter.
