Ingredients

cups butternut squash, peeled and cubed |

teaspoon cinnamon, ground |

teaspoon nutmeg, ground |
Directions
- Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray. Layer the squash in a single layer on the baking sheet; sprinkle with all of the seasonings. Coat the squash with cooking spray. Bake at 400ยบ for 10 minutes, turn with a spatula. Bake an additional 10 minutes or until squash is soft and slightly browned.
