Directions
- Clean peppers. Boil for 4 minutes. Rinse in cold water.
- Cook turkey, garlic, onions and carrots until tender.
- Add the tomatoes, rice, brown sugar and basil. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes or until the rice is tender.
- Stuff the peppers. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 350 F.
