Veggie Pizza Recipe

Made with a flour tortilla.

Ingredients
1 flour tortilla, 10 inch
1 t olive oil
1 c. tomato, diced
1 c. broccoli, raw
1 c. mushrooms, raw
1 oz low-fat cheese, shredded
1 dash garlic powder
1 dash oregano
Directions
  1. Use a fork to poke small holes in the tortilla. Bake at 400 degrees for 5 minutes until slightly browned.

  2. Brush on olive oil, and top with vegetables.

  3. Sprinkle garlic powder and oregano.

  4. Top with cheese.

  5. Bake at 400 until cheese melts.
