2 lbs chicken breast, boneless skinless 2 tbsp lemon juice 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper 4oz feta cheese, crumbled 1/4 cup red pepper 1/4 cup parsley

Ingredients
2 lbs chicken breast, boneless skinless
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
4 oz feta cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup red pepper
1/4 cup parsley
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Arrange chicken in 13x9-inch baking dish

  3. Drizzle 1tbsp of lemon juice

  4. Season w/salt and pepper

  5. Top w/feta cheese

  6. Drizzle w/remaining 1tbsp lemon juice

  7. Bake 35 to 40 min or until chicken is cooked through

  8. Sprinkle w/red pepper and parsley
