Catherine's kickazz tortilla chips

Makes 10 servings

Homemade tortilla chips

Ingredients
10 corn tortillas
1/2 cup canola oil(remaining on chips after fried)
Directions
  1. Cut 10 small tortillas into quarters.

  2. Fry in 4 cups of canola oil at 375* until *slightly* browned. Shouldn't take more than one full minute.

  3. Drain on paper towels.

  4. Four chips per serving.
