A classic, hearty stew with plenty of vegetables

Ingredients

lbs Beef (3/4" cuts) |

cup sliced celery |
| 24 |
Baby Carrots |
| 2 |
cup sliced Potatoes |
| 1 |
cup diced Onion |
| 1 1/2 |
cup Water |
| 1 |
dash of Paprika |
| 1 |
dash of Salt |
| 1 |
dash of Pepper |
Directions
- Brown the beef in a non-stick pan or using fat-free vegetable oil spray
- Mix the spices and the water together in a pot, whisk, and add the beef to the pot and let sit for 5-10 minutes.
- Bring to a boil, then add the vegetables and again bring to a boil.
- Let simmer for 40 minutes, and let it sit for another 10
