Classic Beef Stew

Makes 3 servings

A classic, hearty stew with plenty of vegetables

Ingredients
1 1/4 lbs Beef (3/4" cuts)
1 cup sliced celery
24 Baby Carrots
2 cup sliced Potatoes
1 cup diced Onion
1 1/2 cup Water
1 dash of Paprika
1 dash of Salt
1 dash of Pepper
Directions
  1. Brown the beef in a non-stick pan or using fat-free vegetable oil spray

  2. Mix the spices and the water together in a pot, whisk, and add the beef to the pot and let sit for 5-10 minutes.

  3. Bring to a boil, then add the vegetables and again bring to a boil.

  4. Let simmer for 40 minutes, and let it sit for another 10
