Ingredients

stick of butter |
| 1 |
white onion (diced) |
| 3/4 |
lb mushrooms (diced) |
| 4 |
oz. white wine |
| 2 |
tbsp. dried dill |
| 1 |
tbsp. soy sauce |
| 1 |
tsp. cayenne pepper |
| 3 |
cubes vegetable bouillon |
| 4 |
cups water |
Directions
- Melt the butter in a soup pot over medium heat.
- Boil water in another pot, add the bouillon.
- Stir-fry the onions and the mushrooms in the melted butter until onions are translucent.
- Add wine, dill, soy sauce, and cayenne pepper to the soup pot.
- Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 10 minutes.
- Add bouillon to soup pot, simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve with crusty bread.
