Post-Workout Pudding Recipe

This pudding has a 2:1 ratio of sugar to protein, and is low in fat and fiber, which is ideal after a workout.

Ingredients
1 package chocolate pudding mix
1 1/2 cups 1% milk
1/2 cup water
43 g (1/5 scoops) protein powder
Directions
  1. Pour all ingredients into blender or shaker

  2. Mix until well blended, then refrigerate until set
