Veggie omelette, with some pepper

Ingredients
1/2 tomato
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1 jalapeno pepper
2 whole eggs
1/4 cup spinach, chopped
Directions
Mix all in a microwave-safe dish. Cook on med-high for 2 minutes. Enjoy!
