Delicious. Make ahead, refrigerate, divide into 4 portions and you have an excellent breakfast for 4 days - just reheat in the microwave and add a little milk if desired. For variety, top with fresh fruit.

Ingredients
2 cups skim milk
1 1/2 cups water
3/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups cereal, Rogers Old Fashioned Large Flake Oats
1/4 cup wheat germ
1/4 cup almonds, chopped, toasted
2 tbsp Splenda
Directions
  1. In large pot, bring milk, water, cinnamon and salt to boil. Sirt in oats and wheat germ and return to boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring, for about 8 minutes or till thickened.

  2. Stir in almonds and Spenda (or other sugar substitute if preferred)
