Chopped Liver Recipe

Chopped Liver

Ingredients
4 oz beef liver
1 tbsp butter
1 med onion
2 egg whites
Directions
  1. Chop the liver coarsely in the food processor.

  2. Hard boil the eggs, do something else with the yolks.

  3. Saute the onion in the butter (or schmaltz if you have it)

  4. Pass all through a food mill.
