Chopped Liver
| 4 | oz beef liver |
| 1 | tbsp butter |
| 1 | med onion |
| 2 | egg whites |
- Chop the liver coarsely in the food processor.
- Hard boil the eggs, do something else with the yolks.
- Saute the onion in the butter (or schmaltz if you have it)
- Pass all through a food mill.
