Makes 16 servings

crepes - a light alternative to pancakes. Versatile and deliciuos - stuff wth a wide variety of fruits or any sandwich filling!

Ingredients
1 cup flour
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup water
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon margarine
Directions
  1. measure all ingredients carefully

  2. place the ingredients in order into a blender

  3. blend 30 seconds, scrap sides blend an additional 30-60 seconds until well blended and smooth.

  4. dip crepe maker in the mixture or spoon onto griddle.

  5. cook til edges curl.
