crepes - a light alternative to pancakes. Versatile and deliciuos - stuff wth a wide variety of fruits or any sandwich filling!

Ingredients

cup flour |

eggs |
| 1/2 |
cup milk |
| 1/2 |
cup water |
| 1/4 |
teaspoon salt |
| 2 |
tablespoon margarine |
Directions
- measure all ingredients carefully
- place the ingredients in order into a blender
- blend 30 seconds, scrap sides blend an additional 30-60 seconds until well blended and smooth.
- dip crepe maker in the mixture or spoon onto griddle.
- cook til edges curl.
