Banana Bread - Homemade Jan15/07 Recipe

Ingrediants include organic flour and belgian dark chocolate.

Ingredients
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 eggs
1/2 cup soy milk
4 bananas
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups organic flour
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup dark chocolate, chunks
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
Directions
Preheat Oven to 350F. Grease a 13x9in baking pan. Combine sugar, butter, and eggs; add soy milk, bananas, and vanilla; beat vigorously. Combine flour, oatmeal, baking soda, and salt. Add chocolate chunks. Spread into baking. Sprinkle nuts. Bake in the oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
