Shin beef stew

Ingredients
2 pounds beef
6 carrots
2 onions
1 pound mushrooms
Directions
  1. Cube ingredients. Throw into slow cooker with enough water to cover. (you can use wine or English beer instead. Light beers do NOT work well in this recipie) . Season to taste. Cook for about 10 hours on low.

  2. For best flavour eat reheated the next day!
