| 500 | g lean ground meat |
| 4 | tbs Tomato Paste |
| 1 | tsp Oregano |
| 1 | tsp Thyme |
| 1 | tsp Cayenne Pepper |
| 1 | tsp Basil |
| 1 | medium Onion |
| 2 | clove Garlic |
| 156 | g (1 can) sliced mushrooms |
- Brown meat, garlic and onions together. Drain excess moisture.
- Add mushrooms and spices. Cook until blended and mushrooms are dryish. Drain again if needed.
- Cut each pita in half and spread 1 Tbs tomato paste on inner side then spoon meat mixture on top.
- Bake in 350 F oven for about 15 - 20 minutes, until surfaces browns slightly.
