Pita Meat Pizza Recipe

Kosher pizza.

Ingredients
3 whole wheat pita
500 g lean ground meat
4 tbs Tomato Paste
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Thyme
1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 tsp Basil
1 medium Onion
2 clove Garlic
156 g (1 can) sliced mushrooms
Directions
  1. Brown meat, garlic and onions together. Drain excess moisture.

  2. Add mushrooms and spices. Cook until blended and mushrooms are dryish. Drain again if needed.

  3. Cut each pita in half and spread 1 Tbs tomato paste on inner side then spoon meat mixture on top.

  4. Bake in 350 F oven for about 15 - 20 minutes, until surfaces browns slightly.
