Tired of tuna salad? Have crab salad! Quick, easy, and delicious.
| 1 1/2 | lbs Crab, Imitation |
| 1/2 | cup light mayonnaise |
| 1/4 | vidalia onion, chopped |
| 1 | tsp dill weed |
- Chop crabmeat into small pieces (this step is extremely easy if you purchase the "leg style" imitation crabmeat). Put into a large bowl and break up meat with hands.
- Add mayonnaise, onion, and dill weed. Stir.
- Add salt, pepper, extra dill weed and other seasonings to taste.
- Spread onto bread, halved croissants, etc. Enjoy!
- (Refrigerate leftovers promptly.)
