Quick Crab Salad Recipe

Tired of tuna salad? Have crab salad! Quick, easy, and delicious.

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs Crab, Imitation
1/2 cup light mayonnaise
1/4 vidalia onion, chopped
1 tsp dill weed
Directions
  1. Chop crabmeat into small pieces (this step is extremely easy if you purchase the "leg style" imitation crabmeat). Put into a large bowl and break up meat with hands.

  2. Add mayonnaise, onion, and dill weed. Stir.

  3. Add salt, pepper, extra dill weed and other seasonings to taste.

  4. Spread onto bread, halved croissants, etc. Enjoy!

  5. (Refrigerate leftovers promptly.)
