Lox Sandwich Recipe

One of my favourite sandwiches. When I have them onhand, I like to add cucumbers and alfalfa sprouts. This also make a really good wrap. The salmon can be substituted with any lunch meat you'd like, such as turkey breast, or omitted. Tomatoes would also be good on it, too. I just don't eat raw tomatoes, so it's omitted in this recipe.

Ingredients
90 g 12 grain bread
2 oz avocado, mashed
2 oz lox
2 oz butter lettuce
1 tsp lemon juice
Directions
  1. Toast bread

  2. Spread avocado on one slice

  3. Add lettuce

  4. Add lox

  5. Top with lemon juice

  6. Enjoy and feel good
