Easy Baked Fish Recipe

Makes 2 servings


seasoned baked flounder,talapia,hadock

Ingredients
16 ounces of flounder
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp lemon juice
Directions
  1. In a shallow glass pan, spray with non stick spray. Season fish with any kind of seansoning you like. Both sides. Sprinke olive oil and lemon lightly on each side of fish. Bake at 350* for 20 minutes.

  2. This very good with a low calorie salad.
